Cyndi attended Hondros College of Business for her real estate sales license. She is a member of the Scioto Valley Association of REALTORS® (SVAR), Ohio Association of REALTORS® (OAR), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), in addition to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Cyndi is a licensed real estate agent with EXIT First Capital Realty in the serene city of Chillicothe, Ohio. She is originally from a small farm town in Northern Virginia. Her Fiancè, Duston is a native of Ross and Pike counties and they met while they were both serving in the U.S. Army. They moved to Chillicothe in 2009 to raise their four gorgeous daughters.
A strong background in serving her country and community makes Cyndi an asset to the real estate industry. She served eight years in the U.S. Army. Having obtained a B.S. in Criminal Justice in 2013, Cyndi became a correctional officer with the Ross County Sheriff Office from 2014 to 2016. It is her desire to help others that has led her to pursue a career in real estate. She understands that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions a person makes. Being able to help people reach either of these milestones is the greatest reward for her.
Cyndi has a long-standing knowledge and passion for real estate investing, remodeling, house flipping, home improvement, landscaping, and home building. Her Fiancè, Duston, is a local contractor and has participated in remodeling buildings in downtown Chillicothe as well as building new homes in the area. Cyndi and Duston plan to invest in real estate in the future.
